Yes: Ovulation pain is not a reason to avoid attempting pregnancy. On a practical note, if the pain is severe, then by all means skip the day. Best wishes.

OK: Intercourse is one of the best ways to get pregnant. Whether or not you have pain with ovulation won't change anything and won't make you any more or les fertile.
