Please help! i went to the bathroom this morning and it doesnt look right. i had noodles yesterday for lunch but i dont know if theyre noodles that werent digested or is this some sort of worms/parasite?? there are white, string like things?

If you have not recently travelled outside the USA, you are highly unlikely to have worms. What you saw may be food fibers. Your doctor can arrange for a stool examination if you have any symptoms. Wish you good health!
