Several ways: Your body naturally produces serotonin all the time. It makes it from tryptophan, or 5htp as your body processes that. You can increase this by exposing yourself to bright indoor light. You can buy a light box, using for 30 min each morning. Also you can exercise -- even dancing to music can help. Eat wisely -- not processed simple carbs or sugars, but lean proteins, complex carbs, etc.

Exercise: Exercise, exposure to nature, exposure to religion or spirituality, and also accomplishment of goals, are associated with healthy neurotransmitter, and serotonin, levels.

Plase repost: Several doctors have replied. However, you did not explain why you want to “produce” serotonin; why you think you don’t produce enough already; what you expect to achieve by producing more; and why you’re focused on something as arcane as serotonin to improve your life. If you’re dissatisfied with your life, why do you focus on serotonin as a magic bullet that will fix it? (Because it won’t.)
