Ask your attending doc. Your post does not provide background information. Your past & current health status, conditions under observation or treatment all add to the basic need for hospital care. Without a full understanding of all such factors it is not clear why you were admitted or how long it would take to be sure you are okay for homecare.

Depends on the severity of the fractures, and what is required to fix them. If a surgery is required, then it will depend on the surgeon.

As long as needed for treatment, symptom control and designing best recovery plan as outpatient that might include a short stay in a rehab facility. Some patients develop complications and that will influence their length of stay.

It depends on what else is going on. Simple traumatic injury may not require any hospital stay, if you can breathe and ambulate after stabilization of your foot you could go home from the ER. Wish you good health!
