Is it normal to get swollen lymph nodes after recovering from the stomach bug?

Lymphnodes: It is common to have some enlarged lymphnodes after having infections. These lymphnodes should resolve over a short period of time. If they dont then they should be evaluated for worsening conditions like cancer or worsening infection. Give it no more than 2 weeks and be reevaluated. You should go to your regular doctor asap to make sure nothing worse is occurring. Make sure to hydrate yourself.
