Seborrheic Dermatitis is an inflammatory skin condition. Avoiding inflammatory substances in your diet and skin/hair products is the best approach. There are no vitamins or supplements that have been studied that show improvement in dermatitis control. That said, there are many supplements or topical treatments that can relieve inflammation in the skin: aloe, tea tree oil, vitamin E.
Created for people with ongoing healthcare needs but benefits everyone.
