Just Tylenol (acetaminophen): A this point, stick to tylenol (acetaminophen) 1000mg 3 times daily and lots of fluids. The antihistamines and decongestants could be harmful. Keep well hydrated and rest. Hang in there, you are almost there!

Cold: To be on the safe side: drink plenty of fluids, rest, and take plain tylenol (acetaminophen) for fever or pain.
