It possibly refers to suspicious markings, on a chest X-ray, in the right upper lung lobe. A repeat (lordotic) chest X-ray, taken with the patient positioned, facing the film, with the pelvis held forward and the shoulders held away from the film so the patient is tilted backward, enables a shift of the upper lung, enabling the radiologist to understand the anatomic location of the densities.
