Is it safe to take more than 2 pills/day of excedrin migraine? thats the limit stated on the label, but the individual ingredients (acetaminophen, aspirin, caffeine) can be taken in much higher doses as individual pills?

Yes, you can take more than 2 caplets a day; however, analgesic headache can be a side effect. If you have migraine headache, prophylactic treatment is recommended or you need specific treatment for migraine and do not overuse OTC analgesic(s). You should see a neurologist who specializes in migraine.
