Depends: Aspirin and Excedrin together increase risk of bleeding, so generally not advisable. Also, the Excedrin will reduce some of the positive effects of the aspirin. However, without knowing in particular why you are taking the aspirin, it is difficult to offer accurate advice, sorry.

Why is the dose of Excedrin Migraine limited to two pills per day even though the ingredients can be taken individually at higher doses? Two pills is 500mg each of acetaminophen and aspirin. The upper limit of both is much higher if taken separately?
