Depends: Aspirin and Excedrin together increase risk of bleeding, so generally not advisable. Also, the Excedrin will reduce some of the positive effects of the aspirin. However, without knowing in particular why you are taking the aspirin, it is difficult to offer accurate advice, sorry.
