Gilbert Syndrome is a genetic disorder in whom lacks an enzyme metabolizing bilirubin. Fortunately, it does not require monitoring or treatment, although a bilirubin level will intermittently be slightly elevated, this does not affect one’s health’s status. There are a few drugs that require the enzyme to metabolize and should therefore be avoided, however that does not include statins

Should be able to I would think. I would go to drugs.com and look up and other meds you are on as some may slow down/speedup the metabolism of some statins.
