MS neither directly, nor indirectl,y causes muscular atrophy, as this would be a manifestation of lower motor neuron disease, and MS involves central nervous system. However, smaller musculature over palm might suggest a nerve compression, such as carpal tunnel syndrome. See your neurologist.
