MS symptoms are always secondary to inflammation and/or degeneration involving eyes, brain, and spinal cord. The stomach and intestines are not directly involved, and cataracts could be due to prior steroid usage for relapses. Medications could also cause stomach issues. Abnormal sensations in hands could be signs of carpal tunnel syndrome. Your neurologist should be able to separate out.
