Hello, for months i have pins and needles,pain,redness and swallowed palm hands what's the cause? any relation to ms? thank you?

MS may cause pins/needles/pain, but shouldn't cause swelling/redness of hands. Rheumatoid can cause your symptoms; carpal tunnel or ulnar nerve entrapment can partially explain your symptoms. How long have you had the symptoms? Raynaud's syndrome can cause your symptoms as well, but living in FL means less likely to have symptoms comparing to those living in colder regions. Consult doc.
