No, you probably have spasm of the pelvic floor muscles and this condition does not cause retrograde ejaculation. If you are at risk of sexual transmitted disease, you should see a doctor for ruling out prostatitis which is a common cause of ejaculatory pain. If not, you should practice Kegel exercises daily for relieving the pelvic muscle spasm.
