See remark: It is rare @ your age to have obtructive bladder neck. The Flomax (tamsulosin) must be working,since it relaxes the bladder neck and causes retrograde ejaculation.Your doctor /urologist may prescribe you another medication to aids you in voiding.It may still cause retro grade ejaculation,but it is small price to pay if it helps you void better.You can always ABSTAIN from taking it when contemplating having sex
