No leave it alone. If it ruptures and there is a raw area, apply triple antibiotic cream. It is possible for the blister to resolve and new skin to form under it.

It will also contain an anti microbial and allow a clean environment for the skin to heal over several days. This method will also improve scar development. Do not remove it once you place it
