Hello doc...should i pop a burn blister on my foot?

No leave it alone. If it ruptures and there is a raw area, apply triple antibiotic cream. It is possible for the blister to resolve and new skin to form under it.

There are over the counter band aids with hydrocolloid that you can apply over the blister or first degree burn. It will also contain an anti microbial and allow a clean environment for the skin to heal over several days. This method will also improve scar development. Do not remove it once you place it
