As in my previous answer to you, see a local dentist to determine the cause of your inflammation. If hardened bacterial deposits (calculus) are present, the calculus needs to be professionally scraped off.

You're doing nit backwards. First you diagnose, then your diagnosis will reveal the appropriate treatment plan. You can't just buy a bottle of liquid and open it will create a miraculous cure. See a General Dentist, or preferably a gum/bone specialist, a Periodontist, to identify the cause of your gum disease and thus the appropriate treatment.
