This probably has nothing to do with the frequency of masturbation. Urethral irritation generally doesn't cause urinary urgency. Urge to urinate (at any frequency) originates with nerves in the bladder, not the urethra. However, a common cause of urinary frequency is genitally focused anxiety, so your worry about masturbation might be part of the problem. See a doctor, ideally a urologist.

Over masturbation may damage the urethra and cause the urge to urinate. Give it rest and it should recover. It may take a week or two. Drink enough water so that your urine is mostly colorless. Wish you good health!

It is close to impossible to damage your urethra by normal masturbation. Worst thing is to listen to 'guy'. If worried have yourself checked by a Urologist. I think you will be fine.
