Is it possible general anxiety disorder could turn into schizophrenia? i have been on zoloft since i was 15, and im wondering if zoloft or the anxiety itself could lead me to becoming psychotic. i am constantly worried about going crazy?

No. These are separate conditions. Neither the medication nor your anxiety will drive you to psychosis.
