Sometimes i feel chest tightness&palpitations but dr say it's stress.but when she was diagnosing me there wasn't symptoms at the moment.is it ok?

Work with the Dr.: Doctors doing the in-person care know best. A patient can continue seeing her doctor if symptoms continue. If it is due to anxiety, such symptoms are treatable by primary care doctors... who can refer to specialists if needed. In one's early 20's, heart and lung diseases are uncommon compared to in middle-aged or older adults. Live a healthy lifestyle by avoiding caffeine, alcohol, stressors, etc.

Evaluation: Asthma is one possible cause and an EKG 12 lead and lung function testing with and without Bronchodilators is suggested as screening tests. Please discuss you exercise routine, history of fainting with your physician.
