Time to deal with the mental disorders that are causing your symptoms, rather than just the symptoms themselves. You need to see a mental health specialist, a Psychiatrist, who will be able to help you address your anxiety, your hypochondria, and you eating disorders. Don't try to do this alone, get professional help.

One of two things. Either you can see an MD and get medication for anxiety Or you can keep yourself busy with work, listening to music, volunteer for charity and social work etc so you dont have time to dwell on your neg thoughts. Also you can learn and do meditation . You can do it!

It is not feasible to provide an opinion without additional history; physical examination may be some tests. It would be prudent to see your doctor to see if you may be depressed. Depression is treatable. Counter-intuitive as it may seem, exercise may help. Start with low intensity exercise such as walking and gradually increase the intensity as tolerated. Drink more water. Wish you good health!
