i 42 and recently started having heart palpitations no other symptom, last only a second but occur sometimes every30 mins all day. i am dehydrated,i use albuterol constantly, and i am premenopausal, also drink alcohol , and have stress and anxiety ,?

Solution at hand!: Palpitation is the perception of your heart beating faster or stronger. You have multiple reasons and solutions at hand: dehydration – need to increase fluid and electrolyte intake, alcohol dehydrates you too. Albuterol – this should be use only as rescue up to every 4hrs, you need to use the control medication for asthma, the excessive use aggravates anxiety, check with your MD if no control med.
