Studies have shown that weed shares the same enzyme metabolism with some beta blockers including atenolol and blunted some of it's reducing of blood pressure. I assume that this would also affect atenolol's effect of preventing bouts of SVT.

There is increasing evidence that cannabis may worsen/ cause arrhythmias and would suggest stopping it completely at least for few months for a trial with regard to your SVT.
