Doctor can evaluate: Swollen lymph nodes in the neck, along with a sore throat and flu symptoms, can be strep throat. The doctor can test a throat swab for a result in 5 minutes. The doctor can look at the scrotum to see if it is some pimple or other skin problem. It is unusual for a sore to be able to heal overnight.

Need to examine: It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without additional history, physical examination and may be some tests. It would be prudent to see your doctor. Wish you good health!
