When should i visit er for miscomplete abortion? i was in excruciating pain yesterday and my gyno thinks i have leftover tissue from a previous abortion on 3/15. the pain has gone away but i just feel so off. not sure whats going on?

If your gynecologist is correct you will need a D&C, but it would be better to plan and schedule it when regular full staffing is available and you can use your preferred provider. Also based on your described symptoms they probably need to reevaluate you. Profuse bleeding or severe pain with a fever would require an ER visit.
