If i have an abortion a week before my gynecologist visit and regular check up, will they be able to tell that i had the abortion?

Possibly: If abortion is by D&C, there may be some signs on exam. If by medication, less likely by exam. But depending on how far along you are now, your pregnancy hormone (HCG) may still be elevated enough to be detectable by urine pregnancy test or blood test. Regardless, you should feel comfortable sharing the fact that you had an abortion with your gynecologist - we are here for you =)
