Left eyelids swollen. no pain in eye w. movement. eyelids/around eye achy. get slightly better wiht warm compress- but vision is just slightly blurry x 2 days. no eye appt till next week; what is this?

Many reasons: It is difficult to determine the exact cause without examining the eye. Possible causes are inflammation related to irritation or allergy. You may have a developing hordeolum (stye) or chalazion. Simple eyelid swelling should not cause blurry vision unless it is obstructing the vision. Seek care to determine the cause of the blurry vision as soon as possible.

Continue warm: Compresses, try lubricating eye drops; refresh , systane or blink as needed. This may help until appointment.
