What is your sperm count and what is "I have 45% morphology"? Three most important factors are: sperm count, sperm shape and sperm mobility. You passed the sperm mobility but not the sperm shape if only 45% sperms with normal shape (morphology). Normal shape less than 50% does affect your fertility. We do not have sperm count number. Total of pus cells in one cc is more important than number/hpf.

A single semen exam is not representative of your actual count. You need 3 specimen 3 months apart. Your court is borderline. Early sperm cells are sometimes mistaken for pus cells. To be a father you just need one live sperm! and you have 65%!. I do not think you have an infection. Good luck
