Sounds like a not very well done bone marrow. Better to get a good one but discuss with Dr that did it.

All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Talk to the doctor who ordered the tests. Having said that, there is no bad news in this report. Wish you good health!
