How accurate would be a hiv 4th gen test at day 23/24. i will not be able to test on day 28 due to a job travel, and i can retest after day 35. i also have a rna test negative made at day 10?

By itself, a negative AgAb (4th generation) test result would be around 90% reliable by 23-24 days; combined with the negative RNA test at 10 days, you can be virtually 100% certain. You could confirm with another AgAb test at 35 days.
