Are the lymph nodes below the chin counted as being withint your neck? because i've been told thats its normal to feel neck lymph nodes if your slim but does the nodes under my chin count as being within my neck? therefore normal to feel?

It does not matter however, sub-mental nodes are in the neck. You may feel the nodes every couple of weeks, if any of the lymph glands doubles in size, becomes painful, ulcerates, or other nodes become enlarged, or you develop fever, or lose weight, you should see a doctor. Wish you good health!
