Can slim people feel lymph nodes at the sides and front of their neck even when theres no infection present? ive had feelable 1/2 nodes for 2 years and theyve never changed. there below my chin, jaw and down the sides of my neck?

If these palpable lymph nodes, which are probably old burnt out nodes from a prior viral infection, haven't changed in size or number in 2 years, this is reassuring. Nevertheless I recommend having a cbc& differential white cell count and a mono test performed for further information & I don't think a lymph node biopsy is warranted. Discuss this with your MD who follows you.
