Ive been nauseous for a month with severe constipation. finally had a normal large bm but after that it was just small ones maybe 2 or 3 turds, they were slimy and yellowish in color. 2day had a small bm with cotton material attached. should i worry?

Nausea, constipation, an abnormal appearing stool require further investigation. These symptoms are not normal. Consider a doctors' visit for a full history & physical, plus blood/stool testing.

You may take a fiber laxative like Metamucil and drink enough water daily so that your urine is colorless. For the long term you may try to increase your intake of fiber foods.
