Headaches are a fairly common symptom and there are a variety of types of headaches ranging from tension /musculoskeletal, to migraine to hunger headaches. Headaches can occur with covid, but if you are worried about covid, you should test for it and take the usual precautions. Excedrin headache is a good pain killer for most regular tension and some migraine headaches.

Agree with Dr. Josefson. Make sure that you are properly hydrated. Drink enough water daily so that your urine is mostly colorless.
