Good day, two weeks ago a person who now tested positive for covid-19 was in the same building as me. should i be worried, get tested and/or self isolate? i have had a constant headache for about a week now. no other symptoms.

Assuming you and the patient were wearing a mask and you practiced DDD (Death defying distancing) and wash hands often you should be OK. Headache alone suggests something else bhut I don't know what is going around in ZA. Check with local team. And I would self isolate till you get their guidance.

If your contact was two weeks prior to the person testing positive, you are a little risk of having acquired the infection. Get HPV, Flu and Covid vaccines. Wish you good health!
