I am not a sleep Dr but a Dr who uses a CPAP and knows a bit about OSA. A real sleep Dr will want to look at your sleep study to be able to better answer. Different patterns require different devices. Eg Do you need bipap or O2. Discuss with your local team as they will know more about these devices in your area. Eg are both available, which have best mean time to failrue, fewest service calls.
