My husband is 67. he got sick november 2021. extremely fatigued and woke up maybe 3 times a night with night sweats, and had pain in his lower right groin. after many tests and ultra sounds he has signet ring appendix cancer. had surgery?

Your question is not clear. You would know if he had surgery. Talking to his doctor would be useful to figure if the tumor was localized or has spread in the abdomen. If it has spread, that would explain his symptoms. Wish you and your husband good health!
