Definitely not. Antibiotics do not prevent sexually transmitted disease. They only treat them after they are contracted. The doses you specified are not appropriate for treatment of an STD. The best way to prevent STD is consistent condom use and regular testing to ensure one is not carrying an STD.

If you plan to have unprotected sex than nothing taken ahead of time will help prevent any diseases. Since you are planning ahead, plan to have sex and use all the protection you can. With safe sex you don't need to take any antibiotics ahead of time.
