While i did grocery shopping i touched one of my eyes because it was itchy. afterwards i noticed that my hand had some tiny pieces of raw meat attached to it (salmon fish). did i risk getting some bacteria or parasite by this accident?

Maybe/not. The natural tear film of the eyes has some antibacterial effect. I would not assume you were exposed & will develop some bad infection but would be aware and have it checked out if problems arise.
