Depends: At 20 you should not have a weak anus unless you have sustained trauma to the sphincter or have an unusual neurological problem. Please see a colorectal surgeon and get examined properly. Be honest with your medical history as this is the only way to correctly diagnose your problem and offer appropriate treatment.

Weak Anus: Prevent any anal intercourse if applicable. Perform kegel exercises four times a day. Get a thorough exam by a colorectal surgeon and/or a gastroenterologist.
