Can someone have serious withdrawals from being on 1mg of clonazepam for 13 days in a row and stopping? any great dangers here after this 13 day period of time? risk of seizures? thanks?

Withdrawal symptoms may happen with that dose after 13 days of daily use, it's hard to predict. You should taper dose and frequency over 7-10 days.
