This is.most likely a benign growth. Possibilities are mucous cyst or epidermoid cyst in the inner lining of the upper lip. Since this is on your face, you'd want a plastic surgeon to advise you & do any work on it to minimize disfigurement. However, the advice may be that it's best to leave it alone.
