It is unlikely that you will ingest too much vitamin B12 because excess amounts leave the body through urine. If your urine is bright yellow, it is most likely that you are taking in more B vitamins than you really need. Expensive urine, but not dangerous.

The dose of B12 in your supplement is enough to meet your daily requirement if you do not have issues with absorption. It will not cause any adverse effects.
