Since brain injuries release inflammatory substances that can affect the brain, traumatic encephalopathy has to be a consideration in anyone with a history of significant head injuries. Cognitive loss would be the main clinical complication to look for. However I believe that it takes multiple head injuries with unconciousness before you should be worried. A neurologist could advise you better.
