8 mths ago i hit my head on a cement floor. still have a tender spot & hurts to put up hair. not 1st time i've hit my head. 10 yrs ago a bus mirror hit me then 6 years ago i fell & hit my head. should i be concerned still w/pain?

Since brain injuries release inflammatory substances that can affect the brain, traumatic encephalopathy has to be a consideration in anyone with a history of significant head injuries. Cognitive loss would be the main clinical complication to look for. However I believe that it takes multiple head injuries with unconciousness before you should be worried. A neurologist could advise you better.
