What exercises are dangerous for the baby?

Contact sports: Any exercise or sport with a high risk of falls or direct belly contact should be avoided. Step classes are tricky during pregnancy as it can be difficult to see the step over a growing belly and falls are common. Mountain biking, skiing, surfing, snowboarding, and soccer are all examples of high-risk sports.

Not many: Most exercise is ok while pregnant. Once you get big the problem is that some activities can throw off balance. Another key issue is to avoid extreme activities like marathon or bike am yoga which may increase your core temperature which may be bad for the developing brain.
