Ive been having episodes of blurry vision, heart palpitation, lightheadedness and cold sweat all over the blurry vision, sweating and palpitation last a minute or so but the lightheadedness lasts like 30 min. what could it be? was taking cephalexin?

Cardiac arrhythmia and panic attack are top of the list in the differential diagnosis and I doubt the relationship to cephalexin. It seems the event has been recurrent so an urgent care visit is recommended for a rhythm tracing to rule out arrhythmia.
