Slightly confusing: your question shows you're female, but if you're male: Penile erection normally occurs during sleep, unrelated to sexual arousal, and is common soon before awakening. Many women experience exactly the same thing in regard to clitoral erection. And of course almost everyone's bladder is full after a night's sleep. So all this sounds entirely normal and nothing to worry about.

Morning erection is a reflex and not from arousal. Bladder is full when you awaken hence desire to pee.
