I would suggest an evaluation, the doctor that sees you will be able to rule out any concerning neurologic conditions. It is too early to jump to any conclusions with this very non-specific symptom.

Very doubtful that you possess ALS at age 33, but since you are concerned, do have your doctor conduct a thorough exam to uncover the cause of "pulsating" sensations.
