Just follow all the standard healthy lifestyle advice you already know: eat a balanced diet that's low on red meat, exercise, keep height/weight proportionate, don't smoke, take alcohol and other mind-altering drugs in moderation (if at all), use seat belts and take other reasonable precautions against injury, and have safe sex.
